Earthtones Companies seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background with large accounting software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of heavy involvement with financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support our growing business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

Manages and oversees daily accounting operations

Prepares and analyzes financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Maintains the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments

Manage lien process and notice preparation

Assists with the preparation of sales tax returns and coordinate with external auditors.

Develops and implements accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.

Strong background with Accounts Payable

Manages and oversees credit card reconciliations

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or CMA certification preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.

Experience with QuickBooks, Aspire, or Acumatica software is preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and multi-entity accounting.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
