Electrical Source is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate issuance of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), while providing internal reporting and financial analysis to support company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage month-end close reporting and reconciliation processes
Perform general ledger account reconciliations and detailed account analysis
Complete bank account reconciliations
Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting activities
Conduct financial and operational process audits
Prepare and review financial statements
Perform project-based financial analysis and reporting
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
Support other accounting department objectives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Three to five years of related accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Fixed asset accounting experience required
Sales tax and intercompany reconciliation experience required
International accounting experience preferred
Experience with Epicor & P21 a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and collaborative work style
Compensation
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 – $95,000 per year.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is bonus-eligible , with a target bonus opportunity based on company performance.
