Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and prepare account reconciliations.
Execute month-end and year-end close activities.
Support manufacturing cost accounting, inventory analysis, and fixed asset accounting.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis.
Maintain strong internal controls, assist with ERP system maintenance, and support treasury management and audits.
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and sales tax.
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or active CPA candidate.
