We're hiring a Senior Accountant for an integral position on our team. You’ll work with a variety of clients performing tasks such as accounting, bookkeeping, consulting, and tax return preparation/review. Candidates should be experienced problem-solvers, well-organized, detail-oriented, and time-efficient. Health insurance and 401(K) are available for employees. Responsibilities: • Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements • Tax Return Preparation - Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S • Payroll Tax and Sales Tax Filings Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • At least 3-5 years of experience in Public Accounting Software Proficiency: • QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online • Creative Solutions – Accounting CS and UltraTax • Lacerte (a plus) • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
