Position Overview:
This hybrid role will play a key part in managing the general ledger, month-end close process, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
 - Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 - Maintain and analyze the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate posting of transactions.
 - Assist in preparing internal financial statements and management reports.
 - Support external audit and tax compliance requirements, providing documentation and analysis as needed.
 - Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
 - Collaborate with FP&A and other departments to provide accurate financial data and insights.
 - Support process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations.
 - Assist with special projects, system enhancements, and ad-hoc analyses as required.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
 - 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment.
 - Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and general ledger structure.
 - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) required.
 - Strong Excel skills; experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus.
 - High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
