Position Overview

A growing family office is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting and financial reporting across a diverse portfolio of real estate holdings, trusts, and investment entities. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure to multi-entity accounting, financial analysis, and executive-level reporting within a sophisticated family office environment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a family office, real estate, or multi-entity environment

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and financial modeling

• Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented

• CPA or public accounting experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Record journal entries and perform account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial records for trusts, real estate, and investment entities

• Assist with trust and estate accounting activities

• Prepare financial reports and analysis for executive leadership

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Utilize advanced Excel to analyze financial data and create reporting schedules
