A leading real estate investment and development firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is a great opportunity for professionals with Big 4 experience who are looking to transition into a dynamic, real estate environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support financial reporting, consolidations, and analysis for a diverse real estate portfolio
• Partner with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination
• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best accounting practices
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of management reports
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or large firm preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
