Senior Accountant

In this role, you will…

• Own key components of the monthly close process, preparing financial statements and delivering reporting packages to leadership
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts
• Prepare bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis 
• Manage intercompany accounts, transactions, and reconciliations
• Support audit preparation and financial schedules, partnering with external auditors during fieldwork
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation records, ensuring accurate reporting across related entities
• Produce analytical reports that help leadership understand financial performance and operational trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience preparing financial statements and managing month-end close
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting experience
• Advanced Excel capability (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF statements, data cleaning functions)
• Experience working within an ERP accounting system
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of financial processes

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing industry exposure
• ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar platforms
• Experience supporting audit processes and financial consolidation
