Position Overview:

SEG Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about contributing to a greener world, eager to grow professionally, and possesses strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities include:

· Invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL entries.

· Perform month-end close process, ensuring accurate journal entry preparation and analysis of account balances.

· Contribute significantly to the preparation of financial statements and reports, emphasizing accuracy and US GAAP compliance.

· Prepare account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

· Play a key role in reviewing physical inventory, reconciling variances in cost of goods sold, and maintaining fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

· Collaborate seamlessly with national or international departments such as sales and marketing.

· Day-to-day banking operations, including wire transfers, ACH, and bank account reconciliations.

· Calculate sales commissions.

· Entries for payroll, expense reimbursements, and benefits.

· Accruals, loan interest, and intercompany entries as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

· At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.

· Strong knowledge of US GAAP. CPA or passed CPA exams preferred, but not required.

· Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), ERP, and financial reporting software (e.g., Oracle NetSuite).

· effective collaboration with national and international departments, including sales and marketing.

· Proficiency in English writing and communication; Mandarin is a bonus.

· Ability to multitask effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
