This position will play a key role in financial reporting, supporting cash flow analysis, and contributing to day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities. The role collaborates closely with leadership and provides guidance to junior team members.

Desired Skills
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong exposure to financial reporting and month-end close.
• Experience working within a multi-entity structure, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Background in property-related or asset-based accounting environments, with familiarity in industry-specific ERP systems such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience reviewing cash flow, supporting forecasting, and communicating financial insights.
