An established manufacturer founded over 60 years ago is looking for Senior Accountant to join their growing team!

They are looking for someone with experience in financial reporting/analysis (capex, budgets, monthly statements), accounting operations (AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll), month/year end closes, and other general accounting duties. You will play a key role in enhancing financial accuracy, improving reporting processes, and supporting long-term business growth. The company is looking for someone who is interested in growing their career within a top organization, this role is slated to quickly grow into an Accounting Manager!

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in finance or accounting
• 5+ years of progressive Accounting & Finance experience
• Proficiency in technical accounting software (ie. QuickBooks, NetSuite)
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to solve and analyze complex accounting problems

Pluses:

• CPA, MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Previous project management experience
