Join a rapidly expanding property management company that has been in business for nearly 20 years and is doubling its portfolio this year. The company also is actively developing and building projects across the U.S. They’re seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow with a company on the rise.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle accounting for assigned properties and entities

• Prepare and review month-end and year-end close

• Complete journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports

• Produce accurate income statements and balance sheets

• Partner with operations and leadership to support continued growth

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting

• Excel

• Bachelors or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field

• Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Previous Property Accounting or Real Estate industry experience is a plus

• Any experience with property management related software or ERPs such as MRI, Yardi, Cubby, etc. would be beneficial but not required
