Position Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

• Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and ensure proper reporting.

• Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with financial statement preparation.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting principles, and internal controls.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
