About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key accounting functions, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and play a crucial part in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP

Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain detailed documentation

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial practices align with regulations and policies

Conduct detailed financial analyses, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to senior management

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to financial system enhancements

Mentor and guide junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage 100, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
