    Job Description:

    RadioMobile is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant to join our small but growing manufacturing and technology company in San Deigo. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting as well as finance and administration tasks at the company. This role is hands on and is critical to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Full Charge Bookkeeping as well as managing all company ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

    Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, entering vendor expenses, and processing payment.

    Supervisor and oversee payroll, including managing the payroll system and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

    Reconcile accounts, complete month-end close adjustments and resolve any discrepancies.

    Prepare financial reports, forecasts and various operating reports.

    Manage inventory and must have experience with cost accounting concepts.

    Collaborate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation.

    Managing purchase orders, inventory, cost accounting, and overseeing office management duties.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    At least 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

    Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise software.

    Experience preparing financial statements.

    Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.

    Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.

    Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and/or ADP RUN strongly preferred

    High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business Administration.

    Experience in manufacturing or related industry.

    Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise Manufacturing accounting software

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
