    Position Overview

    ARC Multifamily is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Acquisitions Analyst to support the firm’s multifamily investment strategy. This role will be instrumental in evaluating acquisition opportunities, performing detailed financial underwriting, and supporting transaction execution from initial analysis through closing. The Senior Acquisitions Analyst will work closely with senior leadership, operations, and construction teams to help shape investment decisions and execute value-creation strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Track economic, demographic, and market data to inform investment strategy and identify target markets for multifamily acquisitions

    Underwrite and evaluate potential multifamily acquisitions, joint venture opportunities, and equity placements

    Perform detailed financial modeling, sensitivity analyses, and investment return analysis

    Participate in the due diligence process, including financial reviews, property inspections, and evaluation of legal and third-party reports

    Research capital markets trends and develop asset-specific debt and capital structure strategies

    Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, offering materials, and investor reporting for new and existing investments

    Engage in discussions with existing and prospective high-net-worth and institutional investors as needed

    Collaborate with operations and construction management teams to develop and implement each asset’s business plan

    Identify and analyze property-level and portfolio-level performance trends

    Conduct ongoing performance analyses to track investment results and establish benchmarks for capital events such as refinances and dispositions

    Education, Experience & Technical Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field

    Experience through internships or full-time roles at investment banks, private equity firms, real estate investment or development firms, or similar organizations

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis

    Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to travel nationally up to 30%, with additional local travel for property inspections
