    Real Estate Investment Sales - Flipping/Wholesaling Business This role offers a clear path to a six-figure income as a Senior Acquisition Manager / Home Buying Specialist. We are seeking a goal-driven, growth-oriented sales professional with a strong work ethic who is motivated by results and long-term career advancement. We are an established real estate investment company with over 9.5 years of experience acquiring and selling residential and commercial properties throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. We invest heavily in multiple lead generation channels each month, providing our sales team with consistent opportunities to succeed. The ideal candidate is positive, resilient, team-oriented, and committed to continuous personal and professional development. Compensation: $2,500/month + 7%-9% on profit Responsibilities: The acquisition team's responsibility is to reach out to leads via phone calls and take inbound calls from homeowners who are looking to sell their property or looking for an offer. The agent must be able to have a quality conversation, build a relationship, and connect with the homeowners over a phone conversation, and aim to provide a solution to the seller by making an offer on their property, and efficiently provide benefits on how we can make the home-selling process for them in a very simple and easy process. Acquisitions' main role is to have quality conversations with these homeowners, provide solutions, and aim to put their property under contract to purchase or assign. You will do that Monday-Friday for Greenlight Offer, along with team meetings, training, one-on-ones, team outings, and committing to the team's overall success. Anybody who comes into our acquisition department comes in as a Jr. Acquisition Agent. Then, eventually, with time and good performance, between 1-4 months, you move up to a Senior Acquisition role. Sr. Acquisitions have great earning potential and are very possible with hard work, commitment, and dedication to the role. You can make 6-figures the first year without a doubt. This position will involve talking to sellers on the phone and occasionally meeting with sellers at their property (locally, this happens 5-10% of the time). So reliable transportation is a must. Responsibilities overview: • Contact warm-provided (already contacted) leads and qualify the seller's property, and take them through our sales process • Be able to evaluate and comp properties (We teach you how to do this, no experience necessary) • Successfully overcome objections • All training and scripts are provided, but you must already have the foundation of a good attitude and the ability to connect well and talk to people over the phone • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects, and be organized with your pipeline • Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially • Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Must be fearless when making offers and asking uncomfortable questions to motivated sellers • Must be able to take every qualified seller through the sales process we teach Qualifications: • Be Coachable • Strong Work Ethic • Hunger to grow • Positive Attitude • Team player • Willingness to Win • Growth Mindset Compensation: $2,500 monthly + commission
