Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong Acumatica Implementation background, excellent presentation skills to enable them to present solutions to clients. They should have business acumen to conduct research and analysis to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes to make them more efficient.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Conducting full ERP system implementations, utilizing established methodologies and working closely with client leadership.
• Collaborating with clients to analyze business processes and recommend system configurations that align with their specific requirements and needs.
• Present findings to the client concisely and clearly.
• Identify opportunities for improved processes.
• Partnering with other consultants to evaluate client implementation needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure project outcomes that surpass client expectations.
• Communicating client requirements clearly to technical developers for potential system customizations.
• Performing data migration and validation, and preparing project documentation and deliverables.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects with demanding timelines, and documenting implementation progress, challenges, findings, and recommendations for diverse client situations.
• Providing client training (on-site and/or via web conferencing) as needed.
• Mentoring junior team members on implementation best practices and assigning tasks based on skill level and availability.
• Serving as a subject matter expert in a designated area of the ERP system, demonstrating deep product knowledge or vertical industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Required Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, business model application of ERP systems, and 5+ years of Acumatica ERP consulting experience.
• Proven track record of completing multiple Acumatica ERP system implementation projects.
• Experience with projects in Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, and/or Project Accounting is highly desirable.
• Acumatica certification(s) preferred
• Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and address complex issues.
• Experience and understanding of the following areas:
• Business Financials and Accounting (Required)
• Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning (Highly Preferred)
• Project Management and Documentation
• Order Processing
• Inventory Management
• CRM
• Data Analysis
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Preferred Skills

• Experience with projects in Distribution, Manufacturing, Construction, and/or Project Accounting is highly desirable.
• Acumatica certification(s) preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

$100,000 - $130,000 + Quarterly Bonus
