    The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the daily work activities for the President by assisting with clerical and project support, facilities management, document management, and other duties as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. The Senior Administrative Assistant must have discretion managing confidential information and board‑level materials.

    Maintain the calendar, meeting schedule, and contacts of the President.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Maintain internal records of the Company.

    Prepare correspondence, contracts, presentations, and other file-related documents.

    Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.

    Help with project oversight

    Competencies

    At least 5 years of professional experience in a high-growth or complex organization.

    Correspondence & Document Support.

    Travel & Itinerary Management.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, collaborative meeting platforms, and general office equipment.

    Previous experience with energy management firm.

    Excellent organizational skills.

    Assist with general office inquiries and provide proactive escalation as appropriate.

    Organize and provide assistance during meetings as requested; record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.

    Approachable, proactive, positive, and professional attitude.

    Work independently with some oversight and as part of team.

    Self-starter and desire to work hard.

    Supervisory Responsibility This position is an individual contributor to the department and is responsible for their individual performance management within that department.

    Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The ability to lift office equipment up to twenty-five pounds may be necessary on occasion.

    The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the production areas, which may require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection.

    Physical Demands This position is located at the Cresta Exploration corporate office and is not a considerable risk for injury. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. There is a reasonable expectation of employees to check their messages via electronic media after normal work hours.

    Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day.

    Required Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    Four (4) to six (6) years of related experience or training

    Preferred Education and Experience

    Texas Oil & Gas experience

    Commissioned Notary Public
