Senior Advisor Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with trades business owners or high-stress service industries

• Excellent communication skills and natural ability to build trust and rapport

• Demonstrated interest in or experience with emerging technologies, especially AI applications in business

• Psychology background (doctoral-level training is a plus)

• Public speaking experience and comfort presenting to groups

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience in business coaching, organizational development, or related consulting fields
