Back Up/Social Media/Marketing Care Team- Coverage Area South Suburbs of Chicago
We are looking for a Back Up Care Team to help make a small Home Care business successful! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by helping to keep our promise of consistent delivery of quality services.
You are highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities. Process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting patients and caregivers to improve lives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Back up care team member with availability from 9am-5pm mon-fri (mainly 4 hour shifts)
Can work with specific days and times of availability
Ability to understand service plans adapt quickly to different clients
Post creative and professional social media posts on a regular basis
Assists with marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns
Assists with passing out marketing materials and attending vendor fairs
Start new clients and training new dedicated care allies on those clients
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Prior experience as a care giver working in the home care industry
