    About the Role
    We are looking for a Senior Amazon Advertising Manager to join our Seattle-based team. This person will take the lead on several key client accounts, owning strategy, performance, and client communication. You’ll collaborate with a team of Amazon ad specialists to drive campaign success across Search, DSP, and AMC.

    The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Amazon Ads and is comfortable both building campaigns and leading conversations with C-level stakeholders. You bring a balance of data fluency, creative thinking, and performance-first mindset.

    What You’ll Do

    • Strategically manage Amazon advertising campaigns end-to-end across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and AMC

    • Analyze and optimize performance across all stages of the funnel: awareness, consideration, conversion

    • Regularly review and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to ensure peak performance

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor ad strategies to meet them

    • Create and deliver high-impact reports and quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations

    • Test new formats, placements, and creative approaches to improve results

    • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure execution aligns with strategic direction

    • Stay ahead of Amazon trends and bring innovative ideas to your accounts

    What You Bring

    • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads in Seller or Vendor Central

    • Strong expertise in Sponsored Ads and DSP (Amazon Marketing Cloud a major plus)

    • Excellent analytical skills with experience pulling and interpreting Amazon reporting data

    • Proven track record of scaling performance for ecommerce brands through advertising

    • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable presenting to stakeholders

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client relationships

    • Experience conducting YBRs, QBRs, and executive-level reporting
