Position: Senior Analyst – FBI Insider Threat Office (InTO) Support

Location: Onsite at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph Position Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract award Start Date: On or about September 30, 2025

Overview:

Cornerstone is seeking Senior Analysts to lead and mentor a team of analysts supporting the FBI Insider Threat Office (InTO). Senior Analysts will deliver advanced analytical support, oversee quality control, and drive innovation in threat detection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Fulfill all Analyst duties

Serve as mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts

Identify trends and emerging threats through strategic analysis

Conduct quality control reviews of analytical products

Lead in developing innovative methods and research projects

Perform advanced data queries, modeling, and predictive assessments

Contribute to strategic program management through optimized data insights

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of relevant military/federal experience in lieu of degree)

Minimum of 8 years of experience in national or operational security analysis

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with advanced analytical tools and methodologies

Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and a current counterintelligence polygraph
