    Position Summary

    Target Start Date: June 2024

    Location: Woonsocket, RI

    Starting Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

    As an Sr. Analyst, Product Development, you will be a critical contributor to the creation and management of our Private Label business. You will be accountable in attaining budgeted sales, margin, and winning market share within the business. This role will be directly involved with driving pricing, product, display, reporting, and go-to-market strategy of our Own Brands.

    You will:

    • Leverage insights and data to ensure that CVS Brands are and continues to be ahead of the market for our customers
    • Monitor operational opportunities and communicate with team on ideas for improvement of assortment and messaging of our private brands
    • Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and suppliers
    • Superior financial acumen
    • Responsible for contributing to product quality, costs and packaging
    • Key support in brand strategy creation
    • Manage private label assortment across store and digital channels
    • Prepare high quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups

    Relocation: CVS Health follows a hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. Relocation assistance will not be provided for candidates that need to move over 50 miles.

    Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

    Required Qualifications

    • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
    • Have a willingness to relocate if needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Internship or work experience supporting (business area) functions of an organization or group area. Examples include (provide examples)
    • Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
    • Project management experience. Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Education

    You must meet the follow qualifications:

    • Anticipated completion of bachelor’s degree program by start date June 2024 or equivalent experience
    • Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include: Economics and Retail Management

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $43,700.00 - $105,100.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
