    The Opportunity

    Adobe’s App Store Optimization team leads the strategy and implementation of Adobe's global mobile user growth initiatives across the creative suite of products in Generative AI, Photo & Imaging, Video, and Design categories. This role manages and develops the strategic and creative roadmap for acquisition and engagement of users within the app stores ecosystem with the goal of continuously improving an app’s visibility,discoverabilityand conversion.

    We are looking for a data-driven, analytical, and growth-minded Senior Manager of ASO who will partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, Paid Media teams, and agency partners delivering on scalable growth.

    Whatyou'llDo

    • Build clear, compelling recommendations to prioritize growth opportunities, supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to leadership to gain support.

    • Lead app store strategies to reach and convert high-value, high-intent audiences through store updates, custom pages, and keyword & category optimization.

    • Deliver global and regionalized creative strategies paired with app store marketing messaging to convert store traffic into downloads.

    • Partner with Apple and Google toshowcasemarketing priorities and new feature releases to drive incrementality and reach new audiences.

    • Build an A/B testing roadmap to develop findings and increase app store download conversion.

    • Develop keyword strategies to improve discoverability and expand audience base

    • Drive and continuously improve process and communications efficiency for the operational needs of ASO programs

    • Own program budget and proactively support team with managing quarterly spend.

    • Work in direct partnership with the Paid Media team toacquiretargeted audiences and efficiently manage ASO efforts and organic growth.

    What you need to succeed

    • BA/BS in marketing, communications, businessadministrationor related field.
    • 5+years experiencein digital marketing, mobile marketing, ASO, growth, or mobile product management within a B2C company.
    • Possess a deep understanding of both paid and organic mobile marketing metrics - impressions, downloads, installs, conversion rates, CPM, CPI, CPA (or CPE), and retention.
    • Strong understanding of App Store developer console data and capabilities, as well as other mobile reporting systems like Sensor Tower,AppTweak, and Branch, etc.
    • Highly analytical and grounds decisions in data, backed by customer insights.
    • Outstanding synthesis and communication skills; succinctly distills sophisticated concepts in verbal, written, and visual form.
    • Proven success in fast-paced, sophisticated, dynamic, and highly cross-functional environments.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $219,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $151,800 - $219,750

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
