Senior Architect

Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $100k - $120k+

Join a collaborative, design-driven firm where creativity, technical excellence, and teamwork are at the core of every project.  As a Senior Architect, you will oversee the design and execution of projects, collaborate with clients and consultants, and guide a project team. Senior Architect Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with designers, managers, and team members on all project phases.
• Coordination of projects and consultant teams
• Client communication and presentations
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project execution aligns with design intent.
• Project team oversight and mentorship
• Engage in a flexible, collaborative work environment.

Senior Architect Qualifications:

• Professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Licensed architect
• 10+ years of experience with commercial project work
• Proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a solid understanding of architectural principles.
