    What You'll Do

    • Lead business development pursuits and nurture relationships within the developer-led housing market.
    • Manage full project lifecycles, overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
    • Provide design leadership—from early concept through construction documentation—producing high-quality graphics and presentations.
    • Represent Mithun in client, community, and design-review settings as a persuasive spokesperson.
    • Mentor rising talent and champion inclusive, collaborative teamwork.

    What You Bring

    • 15+ years of post-graduate architectural experience with complex mixed-use housing projects over $100M.
    • Architectural registration plus B.Arch or M.Arch.
    • Deep market connections in Seattle, San Francisco, or Los Angeles, and a track record of business development success.
    • Expertise in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital workflows.
    • Proven ability to lead large design & technical teams while staying hands-on with conceptual design and sketching.
    • Strong communication, client relationship, and presentation skills.
