Their work often involves highly visible civic and transportation projects that play a critical role in how people move through and experience cities. The Vancouver team is currently expanding and looking for someone who enjoys tackling technically challenging work within a highly collaborative environment.

    • Help guide projects through design, documentation, and delivery phases
    • Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and maintain strong communication with regulatory authorities
    • Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client coordination
    • Support proposal preparation and project pursuit efforts when needed

    • Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience
    • Registered Architect in Canada or eligible for registration
    • Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM based project delivery
    • Solid graphic and visual communication abilities
    • Experience working on large and technically complex projects, ideally with significant construction values
    • Comfort managing consultant coordination and client interaction
    • Experience mentoring junior team members
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

    Assets

    • Previous involvement with transit, transportation, or large civic infrastructure projects
    • LEED AP or ENV SP designation
    • Experience contributing to RFQs, RFPs, and other proposal submissions

    Benefits

The firm offers a competitive benefits package including extended health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, professional development support, and reimbursement for professional memberships and continuing education.
