Exciting Opportunity: Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager - Multifamily Value-Add

CORY is hiring a Senior Asset/Portfolio Manager for a growth-oriented real estate investment platform. This hands-on leadership role requires translating underwriting into strong real-world multifamily performance through strategic thinking and disciplined execution at both the property and portfolio levels.

About Our Client

Our client is a private real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily strategies across the U.S. Known for its execution-driven culture, lean model, and strong strategic alignment, the actively scaling platform offers significant responsibility and visibility to senior leadership.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Manage full-cycle multifamily asset operations, from acquisition through disposition.

• Execute business plans to meet return targets and drive NOI growth via revenue optimization and expense control.

• Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Lead and hold third-party managers accountable using KPIs and reviews.

• Analyze financial performance, variances, and risks, implementing corrective actions.

• Conduct site visits to validate execution.

• Prepare succinct performance reports for stakeholders.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• 7+ years in multifamily asset/portfolio management, preferably value-add/distressed assets.

• Proven success in executing value-add plans and improving asset performance.

• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, variance analysis, KPI-driven decisions.

• Experience managing CapEx and external partners.

• Independent operator, close collaborator with leadership.

• High ownership, action-oriented, accountable.

• Bilingual strongly preferred
