Our staff members are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly, and we are looking to add someone to our team who values hard work and a cohesive working environment. • Our Senior Associate is someone who loves communicating with clients and helping them move forward in a strategic fashion so they can reach their goals faster. • Our Senior Associate performs legal services such as legal analysis, legal strategy planning, overseeing and analyzing discovery and legal pleadings, conferring with other attorneys, presenting to the court, and advising clients, to name a few. • Likewise, Our Senior Associate understands the value of delegating to others on the team and creating a team approach to get more done in less time. Responsibilities: • Able to multitask and manage cases with ease. • Detail-oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently. • Dedicated and ethical. • Ability to litigate cases in court with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, as well as interacting with opposing counsel. • Creating efficiencies through developing and refining the Firm’s systems, including the policies and procedures, examples, templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and videos. • Analyzing statistical information to better understand how we can improve our services and the time we spend servicing clients. Qualifications: • Confidence. • Great Organizational skills. • Good teamwork skills. • Communication skills. • Minimum 5 years but prefer 7+ years of Family Law Experience as an Attorney. • Licensed in CA. • Excellent Writer and Communicator. • Legal Research & Drafting Experience. Compensation: $225,000 - $300,000 DOE plus Bonuses
