    Senior Associate – Corporate Operational Strategy

    A highly respected, leading financial services firm is hiring a Senior Associate to join its Corporate Strategy – Operational Strategy Group focused on Strategic Initiatives. This team sits at the center of the organization, leading cross-functional initiatives that redesign processes, implement technology, and drive large-scale change across the enterprise.

    This is a high-visibility role for a versatile individual who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and partner confidently with senior stakeholders across investments and business operations. It is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology within a world-class financial services platform—shaping how the firm operates today and scales for the future.

    *170K-$195K (base + full annual bonus)

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, corporate functions, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle
    • Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation
    • Drive stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes and systems
    • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams—and vice versa
    • Deliver concise, executive-ready presentations focused on insights and decisions
    • Manage vendors, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
    • Document processes, develop business cases, and support training and rollout activities

    Qualifications:

    • 4-8 years of end to end project management experience in operational transformation, management consulting, and/or process improvement roles
    • Understanding of fund, investor, and deal lifecycles a plus
    • Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
    • Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
    • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and process-mapping tools

    $195,000 per year
