    A leading global investment management firm is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate to join its Corporate Strategy team. This is a high-impact opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on the firm's most important M&A, integration, transformation, and strategic growth initiatives.

    The role sits at the intersection of Corporate Strategy, Human Capital, M&A Integration, Organizational Transformation, and Program Management. You’ll help evaluate acquisitions, lead HR integration efforts, evolve operating models, and drive enterprise initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, technology enablement, and organizational effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support human capital M&A diligence, integration planning, and value creation.
    • Lead cross-functional HR integration workstreams from diligence through execution.
    • Drive organizational transformation, operating model redesign, and process improvement initiatives.
    • Develop executive-level analyses, roadmaps, presentations, and recommendations.
    • Manage complex programs across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business leadership.
    • Build and enhance M&A playbooks, governance frameworks, and execution methodologies.

    Qualified Profile:

    • 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, human capital consulting investment banking, corporate strategy, M&A integration, transaction advisory, HR, or transformation.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
    • Experience with M&A, organizational design, workforce strategy, HR transformation, process improvement, or enterprise programs.
    • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong executive communication abilities.
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
    • Experience in investments management, private equity, financial services, or professional services is a plus.
