Personal Injury (auto, trucking, premises liability – pre-suit and litigation)

Manage and expand an existing caseload under the Ruiz Law Firm platform

Handle litigation, hearings, mediations, and court appearances in Harris County and surrounding jurisdictions

Collaborate on firm strategy, branding, and practice growth

Maintain direct client relationships with a high standard of service

Contribute to business development and cross-practice referrals

    Qualifications

Active Texas Bar license in good standing (required)

3+ years of Texas practice experience (Houston-area experience strongly preferred)

Demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed practice areas

Existing client base or active matters strongly preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong professional judgment

Excellent litigation, negotiation, and legal-writing skills

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

    Relationship Structure (Flexible)

    Strategic practice merger

    Joint venture or of-counsel-style arrangement

    Partner-track or revenue-sharing model

Customized in-house relationship based on experience and goals
