The Opportunity

An established South Florida firm is expanding across the state and is hiring one senior attorney to open and own its Jacksonville market.

This is not a staffing hire. The seat goes to an attorney who already has a practice and wants a better platform to run it on. You bring the book. The firm provides the infrastructure, the brand, and an economic arrangement built around what you actually generate rather than what a compensation committee decides you are worth.

This is for the attorney who is producing real revenue and watching most of it disappear into someone else’s overhead.

What We Require

• A portable book of business of $1,000,000 or more. This is the threshold, not a preference. Candidates below it will not be considered.

• Member in good standing of The Florida Bar, based in Florida.

• Criminal defense or civil litigation background. The firm is open on practice area; the book is the filter.

• Established client relationships and referral sources in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida.

• The judgment and independence to run your own practice without supervision.

• Compensation built around your book. There is no salary band because there is no standard deal. Origination credit, incentive structure, and base are negotiated against what you bring.

• Jacksonville is yours. You will be the firm’s only attorney in this market. No internal competition for the same clients or referral sources.

• Firm infrastructure, brand, and support behind work you are currently carrying alone or subsidizing.
