Responsibilities: • Manage a full range of family law matters from intake through resolution—including divorce, custody, child support, and related issues—while delivering strong and effective courtroom advocacy. Develop and implement strategic case plans grounded in thorough legal research and sound judgment • Prepare clear, persuasive pleadings, motions, and supporting documents at all stages of litigation, and confidently represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Maintain organized, accurate, and comprehensive case files, ensuring consistency and attention to detail across all matters • Stay current on Georgia family law through ongoing research, CLEs, and continued professional development to ensure best practices and high-quality representation Qualifications: • Communicate complex legal issues with clarity and empathy, tailoring guidance to clients with varying levels of understanding • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, co-counsel, leadership, and support staff while upholding the highest ethical standards • Effectively manage and track billable time to meet client expectations and case demands • Demonstrate at least four (4) years of proven experience in family law. • Maintain an active license to practice law in Georgia • Exhibit exceptional organization, planning, and time management skills Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
