Responsibilities: • Manage family law cases from intake to resolution, including divorce, custody, child support, and related matters, with strong courtroom advocacy skills • Develop and implement strategic case plans based on thorough legal research and analysis • Draft clear, persuasive motions, pleadings, and supporting documents at all stages of litigation • Represent clients confidently in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials • Maintain organized, accurate, and detailed case files throughout each matter • Stay up to date on Georgia family law developments through ongoing research, CLEs, and professional development Qualifications: • Communicate complex legal matters clearly and empathetically to clients with varying levels of understanding • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, co-counsel, senior leadership, and support staff, while upholding the highest ethical standards • Efficiently track and manage billable hours to meet client expectations and case requirements • Demonstrate proven expertise in Family Law • Maintain an active license to practice law in Georgia • Exhibit excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
