Responsibilities: • Manage family law matters from intake through resolution—including divorce, custody, child support, and related issues—while providing strong, effective courtroom advocacy • Develop and execute strategic case plans grounded in thorough legal research and sound analysis • Draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions, and supporting documents at every stage of litigation • Confidently represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials • Maintain well-organized, accurate, and comprehensive case files across all matters • Stay current on Georgia family law through ongoing research, CLEs, and continued professional development Qualifications: • Communicate complex legal issues with clarity and empathy, tailoring guidance to clients with varying levels of understanding • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, co-counsel, leadership, and support staff while upholding the highest ethical standards • Effectively manage and track billable time to meet client expectations and case demands • Demonstrate strong, proven experience in family law • Maintain an active license to practice law in Georgia • Exhibit exceptional organization, planning, and time management skills Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
