Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients. • Collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney to develop and implement strategic legal approaches. • Mentor and guide associate attorneys, fostering their professional growth and development. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement. • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and expertise. • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout their case journey. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Texas Bar admission. • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling family law cases in Texas. • Proficiency in tracking billable hours efficiently and utilizing technology. • Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure. • Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability. • Problem-solving skills and dedication to achieving results. • Previous management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly
