Responsibilities: • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses • Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school • Admitted to local and state bar associations • Able to work independently while handling multiple files • Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
