We are looking for an attorney with 6-9 years’ litigation experience with a concentration in Intellectual Property. This position has the potential to lead to a Junior Partnership position. Responsibilities: • Conduct Legal Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. • Handle a matter through all aspects of discovery. • Conduct and defend depositions. • Argue motions and appear for Court conferences. • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff. • Trial/arbitration experience is a plus. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Active license to practice law in New Jersey. • Minimum of 6-9 years litigation experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage a high caseload and work under pressure. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000
