KEW Legal, a growing business and real estate law firm, is seeking a talented Senior Level Attorney with seven to ten (7-10) years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a full caseload independently, and is excited to represent clients with excellence both in and out of the courtroom. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who enjoys building relationships, mentoring associates, and contributing to the growth of the firm. Because community engagement is central to our practice, you will be expected to attend a monthly networking event of your choice to help expand both your professional connections and the firm's presence. Responsibilities: • Handle a broad caseload with minimal supervision, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, agreements, and discovery • Advocate for clients in trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings • Argue motions and appear in court on behalf of clients • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff • Conduct client consultations and serve as a primary point of contact with clients • Represent the firm at networking events, speaking engagements, and other opportunities as delegated by the Partners Qualifications: • Licensed attorney in good standing with the state and local bar associations • Minimum of seven (7) years of legal experience, preferably in business and real estate matters • Proven trial, mediation, and arbitration experience • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills • Ability to manage a heavy caseload and work independently while contributing to a team environment • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills Qualities & Attributes of Preferred Candidate • Self-Starter • Responsible • Assertive • Non-Judgmental • Strong communication Skills • Team player Compensation: $175,000 - $300,000 yearly
