    We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Senior Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of excellence across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines, including real estate law, trust and estate planning, and high-stakes litigation. This role is best suited for a professional who thrives on complex legal challenges and has deep experience handling intricate matters such as foreclosure actions, personal injury defense, tax deed disputes, probate, lease negotiations, breach of contract claims, and multifaceted civil lawsuits. As a vital member of our firm, you will have the opportunity to manage significant cases from inception to resolution, provide strategic counsel to clients, and play a key role in shaping our legal strategies. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, trials, and appeals across a variety of civil matters. • Handle complex real estate transactions and disputes, including closings, landlord-tenant issues, and title/tax deed challenges. • Draft and oversee trust and estate planning documents; manage probate and estate litigation matters. • Provide legal counsel to individuals and businesses on contract disputes, lease agreements, and related negotiations. • Manage foreclosure actions and related property claims with a strategic and results-driven approach. • Conduct legal research, prepare legal memoranda, and maintain high-quality documentation and communication with clients. • Lead case strategy meetings and supervise junior attorneys or paralegals when appropriate. • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar (or ability to become licensed promptly). • Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in real estate, probate/trusts, and civil litigation. • Demonstrated experience handling complex case files independently with minimal supervision. • Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
