Compensation- $150,000+ total compensation depending on experience and certifications Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses • Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings Qualifications: • Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills • Member of state and local bar associations in good standing • Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Compensation: $150,000+ total DOE
