Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Counsel associates to resolve or prevent conflicts • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws Qualifications: • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school Compensation: $150,000+ total DOE
