We are currently seeking a Senior Attorney Recruiting & Development Coordinator to join a dynamic team comprised of individuals who strive to provide a high level of client service in every aspect of their responsibilities and who are inspired to work together to develop innovative, first-of-class recruiting and development practices.
This role is eligible to work a hybrid schedule from the New York office and will work under the general supervision and direction of the Senior Attorney Recruiting and Development Manager to support all aspects of the New York office’s attorney recruiting and development functions, including Summer Associate hiring, the Summer Associate program, law school and lateral attorney hiring, and the professional development for associates and counsel. The Senior Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm’s attorneys, advisors and staff, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. Above all, the Senior Attorney Recruiting and Development Coordinator must fulfill the needs of the firm in a manner which is consistent with the Firm’s Core Values.

Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
The anticipated base salary range for this position in New York is $85,000 to $115,000. The actual salary offered will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, years of relevant experience, certifications or other professional licenses held, job-related knowledge and skills, business needs, and the location from which the work will be performed. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package, which may also include a full range of health and other insurance benefits, financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility), a discretionary bonus, and various paid time off benefits. • 0-5 years of relevant experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required. • High School diploma/GED preferred required. • Valid Drivers License preferred. • Warehousing and material handling experience preferred. • Must be able to obtain a certification to operate all required motorized material handling and rigging equipment. • Clear oral and written communication skills, particularly legible handwriting required. • Ability to show adequate manual dexterity, finger dexterity, arm-hand steadiness, and multi-limb coordination required. • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions as applied to work situations required. • Basic measurement skills, including taking, converting, and/or using measurements of length, width, height, and weight to perform basic math computations correctly required. • Basic arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions required. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively required. • Ability to make sound decisions based on a combination of factors including knowledge, experience, and judgment required. • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with supervisors and co-workers required.
