Responsibilities: • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses • Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings • Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions • Strategize, prepare for, and attend trial proceedings, mediation, and arbitration • Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws What You’ll Do As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will: Manage complex personal injury matters from intake through resolutionLead depositions, expert examinations, mediations, and motion practiceServe as first-chair in smaller trials or second-chair in complex jury trialsCollaborate on trial themes and litigation strategyMentor associates and litigation support staff Qualifications: • At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney • Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience • Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required, as well as persuasive writing and verbal communication skills • Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations Who We’re Looking For A purpose-driven trial attorney with a demonstrated commitment to justice, client advocacy, and excellence in litigation. Required Qualifications Active Georgia Bar license 7–10 years of personal injury litigation experience Minimum of five (5) jury trials with first-chair experience in smaller trials OR consistent second-chair experience in complex jury trials Leads depositions of key fact and expert witnesses Handles dispositive motions and evidentiary hearings with minimal input Begins to specialize in catastrophic injury, trucking, medical malpractice, or wrongful death Strategic thinker who can outline trial themes and case narratives Demonstrates confidence in mentoring associates and influencing team direction. Expands involvement in professional associations (e.g., GTLA, AAJ). Compensation: $165,000 - $190,000 + origination bonuses + performance incentives
