Senior Automation Project Manager - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 135k/year - Nashville, TN

• Our client is a global manufacturer and leader in applying innovative technologies & energy efficient solutions to products manufactured & marketed worldwide.
• In this role, the Senior Automation Project Manager will collaborate across multiple departments and facilities to provide process automation subject matter expertise and project management support for various strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-site, cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation solutions.
• Partner with plant experts to assess manufacturing processes and automation opportunities.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, resources, costs, and milestones.
• Coordinate execution, communication, risk management, and on-time delivery.
• Serve as process automation SME, supporting standards, training, and performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in process automation and project management.
• Strong Process Improvement & Lean Manufacturing Experience, - specific knowledge of PLC systems & Controls, robotics, and AI/ML.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and travel up to 50%.
