Job Description:
The Senior Aviation Analyst provides analytical, coordination, and program support for safety analysis, data-driven studies, standards development, and stakeholder collaboration. The role supports research, reporting, outreach, and meeting activities to enable effective information sharing, risk identification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supports analytical studies to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
Coordinates meetings, conferences, and working groups from planning through closeout
Prepares reports, briefings, publications, and presentation materials
Supports development and maintenance of data standards, models, and methodologies
Facilitates collaboration and consensus among internal and external stakeholders
Maintains documentation, records, metadata, and reference materials
Provides user support, training assistance, and acceptance testing support
Coordinates logistics, vendors, and event-related services as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s - Engineering, math, or science degree is required. For Human Factors Analysts: Psychology and related human factor specialized degrees are acceptable.
