About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing global business.
This role is not a traditional administrative position. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and global teams to support customer communication, order coordination, and day-to-day business operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer coordination, and is comfortable taking ownership and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, production, logistics) to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
Support the sales process including RFQs, quotations, order tracking, and customer updates
Communicate proactively with customers and production to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
Assist with business development activities such as trade shows, client visits, and follow-ups
Support day-to-day office and operational tasks, including vendor coordination and procurement
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and internal documentation
Identify issues proactively and help drive solutions in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Must-Have:
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to follow through on responsibilities independently
3–7 years of experience in a B2B environment (manufacturing, industrial, or technology preferred)
Experience in sales support, operations, or customer coordination roles
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:
Experience with RFQ, quotations, or order management processes
Background in optics, precision manufacturing, or technical products
Experience working with international teams or cross-border coordination
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
