A rapidly growing medical company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support their application development and reporting initiatives. This role involves gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and helping drive improvements across systems and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with application developers and business owners to gather and write detailed reporting requirements

• Contribute to technical discussions on requirements engineering, system design, and testing outcomes

• Document both business and technical requirements clearly and accurately

• Build strong partnerships with business teams and technology stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation

• Experience developing and managing dashboards and reports in Tableau

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Proficiency with business tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack

• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

• Knowledge of healthcare domains (clinical, administrative, financial)

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
